Orders & Production

All merch is made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for US, 6-12 business days for Canada, and 5-20 business days, for the rest of the world. When the option is available, 1-3 business days for express shipping and next day for overnight shipping (US orders only).

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on the way.

Free standard shipping within the continental U.S. for orders over $75.

Different items may be produced and shipped from different facilities, so parts of your order may arrive separately. Everything will get to you—just on its own timeline.

Because everything is created specially for you, changes or cancellations must be requested within a few hours of placing your order. Email us at shop@gensando.com and we’ll do our best.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If it hasn’t moved after 3 days, reach out to shop@gensando.com and we’ll look into it

Problems With Your Order

If something isn’t right, please email shop@gensando.com within 14 days of receiving your item.Include the following so we can help quickly:

  • 2–3 clear photos of the issue
  • At least one full photo of the item
  • And/or two different angles of the problem
  • A brief description of what’s wrong

Sending photos in your initial email helps us resolve everything as fast as possible.

If your item arrived damaged, email shop@gensando.com within 14 days of delivery.Please include:

  • 2–3 clear photos (one full shot of the item + close-ups or different angles of the damage)
  • A short note describing the issue

Once reviewed, we'll take care of a replacement right away.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unused and in like-new condition.

Store credit is issued after we receive and inspect your returned item. Once approved, you’ll receive a digital credit you can use toward anything in the shop.

No. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom orders
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in like-new condition

Email shop@gensando.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.

Product Details

All items are made on demand using high-quality materials and responsible production practices. This made-to-order approach reduces waste and ensures each piece is created just for you.

There may be slight variations due to different screens, fabrics, and printing methods. Everything is crafted to be as accurate as possible.

To keep your piece looking great:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low or air dry
  • Avoid ironing directly on printed areas

Payments

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and other standard payment services depending on your region.

Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion fees if you’re outside the U.S. These are not reimbursed by us.
