Refund policy

We get it, sometimes things just aren’t quite right. We gladly accept most returns and exchanges within 30 days as long as your item is still in like-new condition and hasn’t been visibly worn. Return shipping is on the buyer, and once you’ve sent your package, just shoot us an email to confirm. After 30 days, we can’t take items back (we’re good, but we’re not that good). Digital products, gift cards, and sale or discounted orders are final sale.

To start a return, email shop@gensando.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the where-to and how-to. Packages sent back without checking in first are not accepted.

Exchanges

If you want something different, the fastest path is to return what you have and place a fresh order once your return is approved. Clean swap, no fuss.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the verdict. If approved, your refund will head back to your original payment method, minus shipping and a restocking fee (the greater of $5 or 10%). Your bank may take a moment; patience is a midlife superpower.
