Shipping policy

At GenSando, everything is made just for you. We print all orders on-demand, which means your items are created fresh and typically ship within 5–10 days. Good things take a moment, thank you for your patience.

For international orders, your country may add customs or duty fees upon arrival. We wish we could control or predict these charges, but they’re out of our hands (and we can’t reimburse them). The same goes for currency conversion fees from your bank or payment provider.

We accept most exchanges and returns within 30 days as long as your item arrives back to us in like-new, unworn condition. After 30 days, we can’t process returns, and we don’t accept returns for gift cards or custom orders.
